What is Vibe About?

Vibe is event that is gear around making events that are catered to hearing, hard of hearing and deaf culture under one roof. We focus heavily on heightening all senses, not just one.

Realizing The Issue

There is a Stigma: Deaf and Hearing People can’t go to the same music events

Though it might not be expressed, everyone we have talked to were baffled by the idea of concerts catered to deaf culture. No one throws events for both hearing and deaf culture because we think we express music differently. Though the only difference between the two is one doesn’t have one sense of the 5, nothing else changes.

Not such a crazy idea…

At the end of the day, it is all about eliminating this confusion and bringing in a new idea that most haven’t thought to consider. It isn’t about highlighting one culture over the other. It is about enjoying each other’s company where everyone is enjoying the same music, same atmosphere and same event.
